Fern and Petal.

Fern and Petal are sisters. Their mum Winifred ended up at the pound on death row with a surprise tummy full of little ones. Winifred has given them an amazing start to life despite enduring so many challenges and now they are looking for their forever homes together. We'd like for them to go together so they will never have to be alone.

Petal is a stunning fluffy girl with panda eyes and patches. She's a very gentle natured bunny with lots of love to give. She is calm around people she knows and enjoys being petted and spoken to. She will need some care with her long soft coat each day.

Fern was the first one out of the nest and is somewhat of a leader- nothing upsets her much and she enjoys discovering new things. She is very affectionate towards Petal and likes to keep an eye on what she is doing at all times.

These girls would make beautiful companions and would be a great addition to the family. They are used to an indoor playpen environment where they are litter trained and have lots of toys such as tunnels and cardboard boxes to keep them occupied. They will come desexed (when they are old enough) and vaccinated against the calicivirus.

Fern and Petal are with Julia in Rockdale.

Marigold and Jazz.

Marigold and Jazz are sisters. Their mum Winifred ended up at the pound on deathrow with a surprise tummy full of little ones. Winifred has given them an amazing start to life despite enduring so many challenges and now they are looking for their forever homes together. We'd like for them to go together so they will never have to be alone.

Marigold is a gorgeous fluffy girl with a very gentle and calm nature. Her soft coat will need some care each day. She is happy to be petted and when comfortable with the person will come running to the edge of the playpen to greet them.

Jazz is a curious little explorer who likes to take care of others. She is an excellent groomer and loves to lick Marigold's ears and rest her chin atop her head. Her coat is shorter and doesn't require as much grooming as her sister's.

These girls would make beautiful companions and would be a great addition to the family. They are used to an indoor playpen environment where they are litter trained and have lots of toys such as tunnels and cardboard boxes to keep them occupied. They will come desexed (when they are old enough) and vaccinated against the calicivirus.
Marigold and Jazz are with Jamie in Ashfield.

Winifred.

Winifred is a silky long haired girl bunny with the prettiest eyes and markings. When we were told by the pound where she was rescued she was a boy, we couldn't believe it- and when 2 weeks later she gave birth to seven beautiful babies our beliefs were confirmed.
Winifred is very relaxed, enjoying her days lazing around and watching out for her bubs from afar. She enjoys running in and out of her tunnel when she gets a burst of energy and most of all being doted on by her foster carers with lots of pats and kisses.

Winifred's young ones have been paired off to go to other foster homes/adoptive homes. Winifred was to be paired with her little boy Lou but he fell ill and they had to be separated so she is looking for a husbun to live out her days and to never be alone.

Winfired would like an indoor home where she still has room to stretch and play and also have a little supervised time outside on the grass and in the sunshine. She will need to be brushed every couple of days as her gorgeous hair occasionally gets a few little knots.

Winifred likes to eat fresh grass, bok choy, oak leaf lettuce, celery, parsley, basil, nasturtium and weeds. She loves oaten hay so fresh it still has some delicious seed pods and a green and golden colour.

Winnie will be adopted out desexed and vaccinated against the Calicivirus and will come with a big bag of oaten hay to set her off on her way. She is litter trained and very neat. :)

Winifred will come with an adoption fee/donation for Sydney Pet Rescue to cover her vet costs.

Leia.

Female/Breed Unknown/Older Bun

Leia is currently with Clare and Alex in Dulwich Hill.. She was rescued from Blacktown Pound after being found wandering around on her own. She enjoys being petted and spoken to in dulcet tones. She's a very sweet dainty girl with a mild temperament, hence being named after a princess. She can get rascally and wags her tail wildly when she is excited!

She makes some very interesting noises; the most vocal bunny you'll ever meet. She would suit a mature couple or family without small children as she gets a little spooked by lots of movement and noises.

Leia is available for adoption from Sydney Pet Rescue for $150 which covers her vet consultations, desexing, vaccination and flea treatment.
Help us by putting up Leia's poster at your local pet shop, vet, community centre or university.

There is also Lou (a baby boy) and Hush and Willow (a pair of baby girls) that need foster homes as they have been a little unwell.
